Training Programs Choose your level of intensity! Get PISEFIT! Join one of our Bootcamp, Superfit and PISEFIT programs or build your own! Build your own Bootcamp by picking your workout group, days and times and we will build the workouts to help you meet your goals. The price is for the entire program, divided amongst the number of participants (max 8).

• Yoga classes – information on a range of topics
• Access for staff/students from Lansdowne
• Off-hours access to staff and students
• “dead hours”
• Better rates for staff families
• Look at adding racket ball and squash courts in phase 2 and 3
• Charger athletes inclusion in high performance
• Nutritional services
• Cooking classes to go along with nutritional
• Adequate bleachers
• Shuttle service is NB
• Reduced rate as per CE
• What is role of CE in course offerings
• How can we involve school – divisions
• CE/PSI – what is? When and who offers what under what label
