Join one of our Bootcamp, Bootcamp-Advanced and Superfit programs or build your own! Build your own Bootcamp by picking your workout group, days and times and we will build the workouts to help you meet your goals. The price is for the entire program, divided amongst the number of participants (max 8).

Times Colonist Health Club Challenge At Home

 

12 weeks to a healthier, happier you!

 

If you are interested in making positive change to your life this program is for you.

The Times Colonist, together with our partners have put together a program that will educate you on food nutrition, exercise plans and maybe most important of all – help you stay motivated as you become a healthier, happier you!

For 12 weeks starting January 20th, 2011 we will publish in print and online, stories that will help you live a healthier and happier lifestyle – goal setting charts, menus, recipes, grocery lists, tips from our experts and readers, workout programs along with interviews with Health Club participants and experts.

How to Participate in the Times Colonist Health Club Challenge At Home

  1. Everyone is welcome to participate and win a Health Club Prize Package including a 1-year membership to The Pacific Institute for Sport Excellence ($450 value), a $500 gift card from the Market Stores, a $500 gift card from Camosun College to use towards a course of your choice and training gear from Frontrunners Footwear ($500 value).
  2. Register at the Health Club Challenge At Home event on January 16th, 2011at PISE from 10am to 12noon ~ 4371 Interurban Road.
  3. Read the Times Colonist ~ in paper or online at www.timescolonist.com, each Thursday for valuable information including weekly nutrition and fitness tips to help you reach your personal nutrition and fitness goals.
  4. Follow along using the Nutrition and Fitness Tracking Guide you will receive at the January 16th event.
  5. Watch for your Weekly Motivators via email which will contain valuable fitness and nutrition tips.
  6. Join us for Monthly Motivators at PISE – February 3, March 3 and April 7 from 6pm – 7:30. Sessions will focus on Fitness, Nutrition and Health Psychology.
  7. Attend the final Health Club Challenge At Home event at the end of the 12-week period on Sunday, April 10th from 10am to 1pm.
  8. One lucky person will be drawn at random to receive the above prize from all those who have participated in both events and shown some progress towards living a healthier lifestyle based on their own personal goals.
