Testing and Assessment Find your optimum fitness level for testing! Our Testing & Assessment options can assist in setting your goals and tracking your results. Our Exercise Physiology team can answer questions, assess your needs, set testing schedules, and suggest the best testing protocols for you.

Training Programs Choose your level of intensity! Get PISEFIT! Join one of our Bootcamp, Superfit and PISEFIT programs or build your own! Build your own Bootcamp by picking your workout group, days and times and we will build the workouts to help you meet your goals. The price is for the entire program, divided amongst the number of participants (max 8).
