$20/hr per parking attendant # of attendants required
Please ensure that the patrons of your event understand that the parking lot is a paid parking Monday to Friday and they will need to buy a ticket from the machine. Patrons must park on the south end of the parking lot 8 across the yellow PISE line.

Security
Client may be required to hire PISE Security Guards for an event depending on size, scope and activity at the discretion of PISE. Rates- Apply to Internal, Not for Profit and Commercial events • $20 per hour for straight time (4 hour minimum) • $30 per hour for stat/overtime (4 hour minimum) • Overtime rates come into effect after 8 hours 1 additional guard for every 100 persons

Room Set-up Fees
All rooms are set up in a specific manner if the Users wishes to have a different layout arranged for them then a set up fee will be applied. All Users are required to return the room to the original manner unless arranged otherwise with PISE management. If the rooms are not returned in proper condition then a strike down fee will be applied. Please review Appendix B for set up/ take down charges. CLASSROOMS: • Should have three rows of tables with thirteen to fourteen chairs per row. • There should be 40 chairs in total in the classroom. • Spare tables and chairs may be stored in the storage closet please see front desk staff on level one for the key. Please include detailed instructions if you wish to have a room arranged for you a set up fee will be applied if you choose this option.
