Body Composition (height, weight, skin folds, and girth measurements) Measurement of skinfolds is an accurate way to assess the amount of subcutaneous fat on the body. Tracking these measurements over time is an effective way to determine if weight gain or loss is fat or fat free mass (muscle). This information will help keep you motivated by objectively assessing changes in your body composition. |
