PISE Yoga -  
This one hour and fifteen minute class will refresh your soul and revitalize your body. Elizabeth has been teaching for 17 years and her style incorporates dynamic movement with alignment. Instruction will include basic standing poses, hip/leg stretches, shoulder girdle/arm stretches, simple backbends and some inversions. Enjoy a class that balances your energy and invigorates the body, mind and spirit. Prior Yoga experience is not required.

If you have been working out, this matwork class will teach you how to work in! Learn to utilize your deep core muscles to help improve your posture, prevent injury, enhance your balance and core strength, and develop body awareness and symmetry. All this by working from the inside out.

DOWNdawg Yoga® -  
DOWNdawg Yoga® is busting down barriers and captivating yogis all over the west coast of Canada. We offer the chance to get into your favorite yoga flow sequences, get your heart rate pumping while rocking to electric beats all class long. No dance experience necessary, as the music melds in with the moves, and the moves are in tune with your breath, giving participants the ultimate, fun and funky workout.

PISE Spin Class -  
This energetic class will rev you up. Join our enthusiastic instructors for a class that is sure to have you ramping up your RPMs on our LeMond stationary freewheel bikes. All experience levels welcome. Any new participants to PISE SPIN, please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the first class for orientation.

Strength and Mobility for Athletes -  
A properly designed strength and mobility training program can have a significant effect on sport performance and general fitness. This class is ideal for those laying the foundation for their competitive season, or simply looking to improve their strength and movement patterns. Functional strength, spinal stability, and resistance to fatigue and injury can all be improved through this course, which will challenge participants to discover and correct their physical weaknesses. These sessions use resistance training, balance tools, and soft tissue techniques to improve strength and mobility, allowing participants to improve their overall athletic ability. Special attention will be paid to areas of common weakness, tightness, and injury, while focusing on performance enhancement.

Bootcamp 
If you know it's time to make changes to your sedentary lifestyle but you're not sure where to start, PISE's Bootcamp is for you! This program is designed for beginners who are new to the strength and conditioning scene. Our Strength and Conditioning Coaches will teach you the correct techniques required to safely and effectively improve your strength, balance, flexibility and aerobic conditioning, which will all help create a stronger, healthier, happier you! Sessions will take place in our Movement Studio in a supportive, non–intimidating environment utilizing equipment such as free weights, bands, medicine balls, TRX®s, spin bikes, rowing ergs and more.

Bootcamp - Advanced  
If you've already pushed yourself further than you thought you could and are ready to take that next step, PISE's Bootcamp Advanced program is made for you. We've designed this program for those people who have already developed an all around strength and endurance base and are in need of a tougher challenge to keep them moving towards their health and wellness goals. Our Strength and Conditioning Coaches will push your both physically and mentally with an ever changing combination of exercises utilizing equipment such as kettlebells, free weights, weight sleds, prowlers and more. See what your body is capable of in this fun, energetic and supportive environment. Includes: weekly nutrition tips, a nutrition tracking booklet and weekly webinars with our nutrition consultant.

SuperFIT 
This program is designed specifically to help boost your metabolism. Through a combination of strength training and aerobic conditioning protocols, you will have your engine revving higher than ever before. By increasing metabolism, your body will be forced to burn more calories 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, while at the same time improving your strength, aerobic conditioning and body composition. Get ready to sweat because this program is not for the faint of heart!
Please note:participants may be subject to an evaluation by a PISE Strength and Conditioning Coach to ensure their base level of fitness will be adequate to safely participate in this program.

TRX Suspension Training Foundations -  
This program will introduce you to one of the hottest forms of bodyweight training today! Exercises using the TRX® requires increased recruitment of stabilizing muscles in both your upper and lower body which will push you like never before. Our instructors will teach you how to utilize the TRX® Suspension Trainer® to push your functional strength to a new level, in a fun and challenging atmosphere.

We are empowering women to become stronger and healthier at any stage of their life. This women–only fitness class is designed to help you become comfortable in a weight room environment by taking you through properly designed exercise protocols and introduce you to the equipment and training concepts that will lead to a stronger, more confident you! If you are looking for a way to blast yourself into shape, this class will lead you through a progressive cardio and weight routine tailored to your experience level in a fun and supportive environment.
